Name: Dáire Higgins BSc (Hons), MSc.

Profession: Consultant Sports Psychologist.

Academic Experience: I currently hold a Bachelor of Science Honours degree in Psychology from the Dún Laoghaire Institute. I then followed my passion for sport to London where I pursued a Master of Science degree in Sport Psychology from the University of Surrey. Allied to this I have a Certificate in Counselling from the National University of Ireland and have recently become a Master Practitioner in NLP. I am also a registered member of the Psychological Society of Ireland (PSI), British Psychological Society (BPS) and the British Association of Sports and Exercise Sciences (BASES).

Work Experience: I have worked as a sports psychologist in the world-renowned IMG Academies in Bradenton, Florida. While there, I worked with elite athletes in the Nick Bollettieri Tennis Academy, David Leadbetter School of Golf, IMG Soccer, IMG Baseball and IMG Basketball. Currently I am working as a consultant sports psychologist for Mental Conditioning Ireland (MCI) providing on-site services for a variety of clients including Sports Med. Ireland, elite athletes and teams.
